And to THIS Point, Wet, and not Frozen
Areas of light rain are moving across the Tennessee Valley Monday night and early Tuesday morning. As they do, watch for a few slicks spots early Tuesday atop areas of higher elevation because of the slight chance for some areas dipping near freezing causing some slick spots.
Wednesday will remain sunny and fairly nice.
Thursday will start off with some sunshine, followed by increasing clouds and rain that will develop and remain well into Friday, when the back edge will move across the Tennessee Valley late Friday and Saturday morning with a chance for a changeover to or mix with some light snow or flurries.
At this point it does not look to cause any substantial problems, but we will have to carefully watch the temperatures behind the storm itself when it passes through.
The weekend will start off with a cloudy and cold Saturday, and a chilly Sunday with a return of sunshine.
